Can I customize or personalize the design?
Yes, for sure! If you want to change a word or two, or use a different color font, simply enter the request in the notes section of the order. If you want to create a new design from scratch, I can do that for you too, but depending on the complexity of the design and time involved, I may need to charge for the design work as well in addition to the actual products. Simply contact me to find out more!  For listings that are meant to be customized, simply place the order and either write the Name or Date into the Notes Section of the order and it will be customized for you.
How long does it take to get my order?
It generally takes between 1 to 2 weeks to produce the item, but it can be as early as 2-3 days depending on the season. Each item is designed and handmade in the US, and checked before they are shipped out. Shipping time varies depending on where it is going, but the shipping time itself is generally between 1 to 2 weeks within the USA, between 2 to 3 weeks to Canada, and between 2 to 4 weeks outside of North America.
How are the items shipped?
Generally the items will be shipped by UPS, DHL and/or USPS, depending on the buyers location and real-time shipping quotes. Orders with multiple items may arrive in different shipments. Tracking numbers and carrier information will be sent to you after it is confirmed!
I need it by a certain date, can you expedite my order?
Unfortunately, I can't offer expedited production times or expedited shipping on my items. It would be best to place orders well ahead of time if the items are needed by a certain date. Please contact me with questions before ordering if you have time constraints!
I haven't received my item, or my item is damaged!
I'm sorry about that! It can happen from time to time, for a variety of reasons that may or may not have been under my control. Contact me with your Order #, pictures if applicable, and details of the issue and I'll help you resolve them to the best of my abilities. My goal is to serve you as best as I can, so please give me that opportunity to do so before leaving negative feedback :)
Do I have to pay duties or taxes outside of United States?
We aren't in control of what your country may or may not do, in regards to charging duties or taxes, but in our experience, our customers have not had to pay anything when ordering from us. The only exception would be if there is a larger order with multiple pieces where the value of the shipment is higher than the threshold your country has for determine if duties and taxes are payable. As we have no control over this, buyers are fully responsible for any duties and taxes incurred from their country's customs department.
